Our Free Intro is a no-pressure, conversation-based session—not a workout. A coach will sit down with you to discuss your fitness history, goals, and concerns, then help you choose the best path forward. This ensures you start safely and successfully.
Yes! Our Sports Performance program is designed for youth athletes (ages 12+) looking to improve strength, speed, and agility for soccer, basketball, baseball, and cricket.
No! Our group training, personal training, and onboarding process are designed for all levels, including those who are completely new to fitness. We’ll help you build strength, confidence, and consistency at your own pace.
We offer early morning, mid-day, and evening classes to fit any schedule. Our first class starts at 5:00 AM, and our last class ends at 8:30 PM (earlier on Fridays). On Saturdays, we offer morning classes, and Sundays are by appointment only.

Our nutrition coaching provides customized guidance, meal planning support, and accountability coaching to help you fuel your body and reach your goals. Programs range from 21-day jumpstarts to 8-week and 12-week coaching cycles.
We specialize in working with members who have past injuries. Our on-site physical therapy ensures you receive expert guidance, movement assessments, and safe modifications so you can train without making things worse.
We are located at 37330 Cedar Boulevard, Unit I&J, right off the Thornton Avenue exit from Highway 880. We are in the same plaza as Newark’s Swim Academy and offer plenty of free parking.
